I am Lara — herbalist, grower, and the hands behind every JYOTI formula. My journey into regenerative wellness began not in a laboratory, but in the soil. In the quiet ritual of tending to plants, watching them grow, and learning the ancient language of the earth.

It was my great aunt who first opened the door to this realm for me.
